The 2017 Clocktower Theatre's objective was to appeal to its key community segments. The challenge is to ensure simplicity of the creative message with an aim to attract and build loyalty with performance art lovers, families, and seniors.

The creative expression for 2017 is based on dreaming with your eyes wide open. That somehow the artist has glimpsed inside the head and the heart.

Escapism, imagination, and fun are the key drivers for the 2017 season, matched with a contemporary style to complement the individual entertainment experiences on offer.

IAGNZ | Call centre campaign 

Call centre staff at IAGNZ were required to ask customers a series of critical compliance questions. The task was to successfully embed key messages in an environment overwhelmed with serious corporate communication and a high turnover of call centre staff. 

I actioned and implemented this creative and design of this memorable internal campaign with illustration support.

The creation of key characters were used across posters, a magazine, shelf talkers and life-size cut-out action figures.

This campaign successfully empowered and engaged staff. The perception of becoming a super hero injected a sense of worth, modified behaviours and made staff feel like they were saving the day when addressing the series of non-negotiable questions with customers.

Studio: Ocean Design

Campaign | Fromage a trois festival

This creative was based on a story about two artisans crossing paths. When Master cheese sat down be side her (cid'er) he naturally crumbles with pick-up lines.

This was a hugely successful campaign for Wyndham City with a significant increase in patronage. It was equally a wonderful opportunity to bring smiles to poker faces on public transport.

The chance to create a 'gregarious' identity to represent the council's leisure activity offering is an incredible opportunity.

The name and the identity roll out embraced council goals to leave a lasting impression, and provide a positive and thriving community experience.

As the wallpaper and furnishings were being selected I was invited to create the Floriditas cafe & restaurant identity.

The identity was created to feel like the restaurant was already well frequented, with a strong sense of belonging and a unique European style heritage.

A winning pitch turned into an exciting 5 year opportunity to preserve and evolve the Federation Square brand identity, corporate and visitor communication, environment design, seasonal campaigns and digital media.

Having reached its 10 year anniversary I actioned a complete brand audit and review with Federation Square to gain a better understanding across the entire visitor experience and business objectives.

Together we reframed the brand architecture, values, personality and brand experience. A fresh approach to consistent design communication and language across the print and digital offerings highlighted the Fed Square brand maturity and positioned it well for engaging and memorable seasonal campaigns.

A respected, admired and magnetic public and cultural space, Fed Square attracts over 10 million visitors per annum. The Fed Square identity complements flexible and engaging seasonal campaigns.
